Shipping policy
Shipping within Canada
All orders will be sent by standard mail through various carriers including Canada Post, UPS, or ChitChats. We charge a flat rate of $8 CAD for orders under $100 CAD.
Orders equal to or more than $100 CAD will qualify for free shipping.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7-21 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please understand that this delivery timeline is not guaranteed and we do not take any responsibility for delays by any carrier.
Shipping to the United States
All orders will be sent by Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. We charge a flat rate of $10 CAD for orders under $100 CAD.
Orders equal to or more than $100 CAD will qualify for free shipping.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days once shipped.
Please understand that this delivery timeline is not guaranteed and we do not take any responsibility for delays by any carrier.
Shipping Internationally (Outside of Canada and the U.S)
All orders will be sent with tracking according to the courier and shipping method of your choosing. Rates are based on weight of the package and destination. Exact rates are calculated once the destination address is entered at checkout.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
At this time, we do not charge taxes on our products. International orders shipping outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to additional fees such as taxes, duties, and custom fees. The shipping fee does not account for these additional fees. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and the customer may have to pay these fees beforehand for the package to be released at customs, or may be asked to pay these fees upon delivery. Melonpan Scrunchies is not responsible for these fees and we strongly suggest the customer reviews their country's custom regulations.
VAT Charges in the UK:
We do not charge VAT at checkout. VAT, duties, and other custom fees will be paid by the customer. Please note that your package may not be released or delivered until these charges are paid.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges with scrunchies. Please double check your order before placing it to make sure everything is correct. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, contact us at info@melonpanscrunchies.ca and we’d be happy to assist you.
Melonpan Scrunchies do not take responsibility for:
- Delays by the carrier, especially during peak holiday season
- Damages to the products by the carrier
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Returns and subsequent delays from incorrect or incomplete addresses by the customer
- PO box issues
- Mistakes made by the carrier
